The data is used to track the number of visitors on the website, and to understand how they find and use the website.

Despite Google Analytics’ registration of data about your device, internet browser and geographical position, you will not be personally identified. Google Analytics will only register your IP-address an anonymized form.

Google Analytics uses cookies. We have chosen that the visitor history on our website will not expire.

If you deactivate cookies in your internet browser, Google Analytics will not be able to track your visits on our website.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to improve the user experience on our website through personal and targeted information to you as a visitor.

Google Tag Manager is a code that makes it possible to track user behaviour on the website and send the data to our Google Analytics account. On the basis of the data, we can make potential improvements and adjustments of the website.

Visits to our website

Contact forms

If you choose to fill in the contact form on the website, the data will be stored and send in an email via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).

The data is stored in Dynamicweb’s database, and it can also be shared with our CRM-system to be added to an existing account or created as a new one. The data will be stored until you request it to be deleted. If data pertains to future or existing orders, it will be stored for a minimum of five years.

The purpose is to handle your request, and the information will not be shared or transferred to third countries. The data will be stored until you request it to be deleted.

E-mail newsletter

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Company

The purpose of collecting the data is to send out newsletters to you. The data will be stored as long as you have signed up for our newsletter.

The information will not be shared or transferred to third countries.

When signing up for the newsletter, your e-mail address will also be stored in Dynamicweb’s database and in our CRM system.

If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, you can find an unsubscribe button in every newsletter. If you choose to unsubscribe, please use the same email address as the one you signed up with.

Cookies

We handle cookie information as non-personal data. If IP-addresses or other identifiers are regarded as personal data according to local legislation, we also regard these identifiers as personal data.

Additionally, if non-personal data is combined with personal data, we process the combined data as personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third-parties, and we do not transfer your data to third countries.

In some circumstances, i.e. if you are using our delivery service, data such as name, address, phone and e-mail will be shared with our freight company in order to deliver your goods.
